I would also study film as a second major, (dont tell me CA is a better choice because of this)
international business in Paris?
or Astronomy in California or Arizona?
What is a more useful degree?

I think you should chose what you like, NOT what is more useful. I study Computer Science because I like it and am good at it. But I also like astronomy, so I just keep it as a hobby.
If you are selecting studies according how much money you gonna earn than Astronomy is definitely not for you.
Which one interests you more and what do you plan to do with it? “Useful” is a very subjective thing. If you are planning to be a concert pianist, neither one is useful to you. In terms of job prospects, there’s a lot more work out there for someone who knows business, but if that doesn’t interest you it isn’t going to be a good major for you. This board can’t tell you what to do here.
International business and astronoy are far from being similar. I suggest you decide what YOU like best. And don’t go on money. That’s stupid. Many people believe that earning a PhD immediately makes your salary go to the six digits. This is a fallacy. If you’re worried about money there are far easier and hotter learning careers to choose from that will make you wealthy. Many astronomers earn as little as $30,000 a year.
Nobody can answer this for you. You must do some introspection and find out for yourself.
We don’t get into science for the money! If that was your worry.
