focus on business faqs and small business

I’m currently doing a research about an ecommerce, I would like to do a careful planning this time and get more opinions about my business.
I’m planning of launching an all source tool website for businesses, people, companies, executives, recruiters, job seekers, individuals, online teachers, e-trainings, e-learnings and more.
This will consist the ERP, CRM, HRM, Project Management, Dot Management, Employee Management System (EMS), E-learning with actual grading system, tests, downloadable materials, e-trainings, online studying or tutorials, Recruitment management system, Job seekers easy and smart job matching and job searching with linkedin profile exporter, direct video recording for vlogging, highly embeddable in any other sites plus direct uploads to youtube as long as you have an account, membership, forum, online store, restaurant bookings with floormaps for table choosing, livechat for customer service, payment gateways, event tickets with live video streaming if they want to get their event covered up through our website–either paid or free and more.
I’m still trying to decide whether this is alright to put in one place or is it too much? The security is first class so no need to worry about spilling out sensitive information as the website will have no bearing against the information that will be stored based in the disclaimer and terms and conditions.
So I need your opinions and suggestions or if you have any questions regarding this. The budget for the entire project is a little bit costly so I want to make the most out of it once it is done and ready to fire up

My boyfriend has been working as an architectural drafter for a small building company for about 7 months now, and I have tried telling him that his boss isn’t treating him right but he just won’t listen to me and I don’t know what to do anymore.
He is currently the only drafter at the business – a girl was hired the day after he was, but after being there a week she decided she only wanted to work part time (even though the ad clearly stated it was a full time position) so the boss told her it was full time or no time and she quit. Then about a month later another drafter was hired, but he quit just before Christmas after several warnings from the boss about his work (he was doing a sloppy job and wasn’t completing work on time). My boyfriend’s boss has yet to place another ad for a second drafter, meaning that my boyfriend has been doing the work of 2 people for the past 2 months.
The business had a receptionist/sales rep who was fired just after Christmas because he would continuously call in sick and take annual leave (to the point where he was taking leave without pay) and was just completely unreliable. My boyfriend’s boss has also not placed an ad for this position and has told my boyfriend he needs to handle the phones and sales calls until he does. So, this means my boyfriend is doing the job of 3 people.
Because of his massive workload, my boyfriend generally starts work early (anywhere between 8 and 8:30am when he is supposed to start at 9am), works through his lunch break, and stays back late (anywhere between 6 and 6:30pm when he is supposed to finish at 5:30pm). And his boss does not pay him for any of this overtime. His boss also schedules meetings with clients and my boyfriend to begin at 5:30pm (when the office is supposed to close) and will not pay my boyfriend for the time he is in these meetings working with clients.
I think that this is so wrong! And I don’t understand how my boyfriend can think that there is nothing wrong with this scenario whatsoever! On average, he does an extra 6 or 7 hours of work a week that he is not paid for (almost a whole day’s worth)! How do I get him to understand that what his boss is doing isn’t right?

Ok so today I was out filling out applications and I so happen to go into Ruby Tuesday. Well I asked to fill out an app and the lady pointed me to the manager. He was really busy (lunch time) so he gave me an application and kept on going about his business. Well to my surprise he came back and said he wanted to interview me on the spot. Any way we had a quick interview and I gave him my resume and cover letter. He told me he was gone call me in a few hours and unlike all the other job interviews Ive gone on he actually called me 6 hours later. He told me to come back on Wednesday to see another guy .. I didn’t want to seem rude so I didn’t ask “what for?” What do you think this is for. Im not sure because this is a totally different guy Im meeting with. I thought it might have been a second interview.. But u dont have 2nd interviews with a different person do it?
Do I take another copy of my resume and cover letter just in case it is a second interview? Im so exited I might have a second job. But I dont want to be to exited. Anybody else been through something similar?

I live in an apartmeant complex in reseda, ca and a couple minutes ago I was sleeping when I heared a knock on the door , I checked it out and it was the maintaince guy biut didn’t open cause I was about to hop in the shower plus I never answer the door for anybody and all of a sudden he opens the door and comes in like it’s nobody business and says he needs to clean the fillter . Wheater he really was I don’t know but a couple months ago most of my moms jewlery went missing and I even stopped talking to two of my friends for it . Is this legal for him aloow him to come in without my permission ?

money on that. i really dont think it is any of her business what i spend my money on. SHE is the won that buys anything and everything….and all the stupid infomercial stuff. she buys this crap, then realizes she doesnt want or need it,,,then, rather than sending it back, she shoves it under her bed! she must have hundreds of dollars of junk under her bed. do you think she has the right to tell me how to spend MY money? thanks!

I applied for two courses, sent my applications off. Now I’m not sure I want to study those courses at university. I applied for two business course and received offers from both but have not confirmed any, but i also want to apply for a psychology course. My personal statement is heavily centred round the business courses i applied for, how should i go about applying for the psychology course if i can’t do another personal statement? Should I contact the University? What should I say? Can you offer any advice.
I already know my results as I finished college last year and have spent this year working and saving money for university.

I’m looking in at the Presidential Race from Ireland, and when I looked into American politics, it seems that I would have a hard time deciding whom I’d support if I were American: Democrat or Republican? I would say that I’m democrat than republican in foreign affairs, and more republican on social issues like crime or abortion.
Social Issues:
* I support abortion only when the Mother’s life is at risk, and I support it’s prohibition in all other circumstances.
* I do not believe that creationism should be taught in science, but rather that the evolution/creationism debate is taught in a non-biased Religion Education class (Which is the way it is in Ireland).
* I do believe in tough sentences for major criminals, but I am against the Death Penalty. For minor criminals, rehabilitation should be the main focus, rather than punishment.
* I would not be against civil unions for Gays and Lesbians, but I wouldn’t support gay/lesbian marriage.
Education:
* I believe that both State-funded religious and secular schooling should be available to all parents for their children.
* I believe that there should be a variety of subjects available to allow children a diverse range of subjects,
Foreign Affairs/Military:
* I would cut Military spending by at least half. America is in no danger of being invaded, and the money is desperately needed in other areas such as health care or education.
* If I were the American President, I would push to abolish the Veto system in the U.N, because the interests of the big powers cannot be allowed to rule the world. A super majority of nations instead would be required.
* I would stop giving military aid to developing countries, and focus exclusively on development aid instead, and increase U.S. aid to 0.7 percent of GDP, as required by the U.N.
* I would not continue to support either the Israelis or the Palestinians until they can come to an agreement. Also, Jerusalem should be an independent City-State, and not allowed to re-unify with either Israel or Palestine.
* I would organise an international embargo aganist goods made in China until it
- Grants true democracy to it’s citizens
- Properly regulates businesses in Chine to stop Wage Slavery
- Allows the Tibetans a referendum on it’s future.
Economic issues:
* I would focus on closing tax loopholes and creating a proportional taxation system.
* I would also cut spending in areas such as military spending and use it to fund small businesses grants to help create employment.
* I would support Universal Healthcare, and in creating a Europe-style welfare system.

War is just a racket. A racket is best described, I believe, as something that is not what it seems to the majority of people. Only a small inside group knows what it is about. It is conducted for the benefit of the very few at the expense of the masses.
