okay on craigslist i found a bike .. messaged the person if bike was still available and heres what they replied

The bike has 2,131 miles, 250 cc, never been raced, ridden hard, or laid down..It’s in perfect condition,no electric/engine problems,no accidents/liens/loans.No scratches,never been repainted.I have all the bike’s manuals,2 spare of keys,title,documents.
