depends on what I’m cooking.
I have olive, sesame, peanut, sunflower,vegetable, canola. Most of the time I use olive oil because I like to cook Italian, Mediterranian, and besides, it’s better for you.
EVOO,, and Vege-table Oil are the norm, but on occasion a pad of butter is used,,too!
