I Got Wrong Information & Now No One Is Answering Me .?

It has been disappointing so far and we are extremely apologetic to question your after sales services and commitment from the senior officials of
Yahoo Small India.
We availed this services of yours on 11th of October, the domain name is Offroad Travels India, so far the up-gradation of the website has been a
virtual nil and the kind of after sales services Yahoo India has provided is the most painful experience in our entire career. There is no option left
as of now and we feel helpless regarding the same.
Two guys called Prashant and Kailash from Concentrix india were so obsessed in selling the services that they hardly said no to any query or the
doubt we had. They were so sure of the services that we were nearly fed up of getting there calls 10 times a day till the services were not purchased.
Once the services were availed, no one bothers at all.
First of all, the demand draft sent, it took whole 1 month to confirm the registration process and we were surprised to watch this happening. The lame
excuses were given now and then. Finally when got the domain, we came to know we could not modify the website at our own and surprisingly it was
the only reason we availed the poor services of yours.
I would specially mention the name of Mr. Idris, who came into the picture for a while , tried to help but was soon vanished in time, now when we ask of him,
everytime he is in a meeting, even mailed him but zero response , this is the attitude of a senior person.
Have a kind look at the matter , all we can do is ask you to workout on this issue and just let us know why were the services given. the false claims WONT
help yahoo small business.
